Project Components
This valued customer built their dream home with a view, and wanted a landscape that would compliment the Tuscan-style estate.
Design
Both native and foreign plants were speckled throughout the sweeping flower beds, creating an organic and beautiful feel, complementing the stucco work on the house and the view overlooking the Cascade mountain range.
Lawn Installation
3 blend rye sod laid in the late fall complete with an over 20-zone irrigation system covering 9,000sq ft.
Planting
Almost 1,000 shrubs, ground-cover, trees, and decorative plants were planted in the 1 acre, fully-landscaped yard.
Stone Work
An organic flagstone pathway was installed leading to the lower viewing area stairway.
